Baile Harghita - a great vacation spot
Baile Harghita, part of Miercurea Ciuc, one Ciceu propriety is a spa mountain town in Harghita, mostly visited by ciuc peoples for his ski slopes.Medium altiutide of this town is about 1300 - 1400 metres.
Annual favorable period skiing is 4 months and average snow layer exceeds 60 cm. The resort has various slopes furnished, with lift, some even with the installation of night.
Baile Harghita is known because kaolin mine, for mofettes, it's mineral waters and his very plesant microalpine climate.Two solfaterien pits and carbonated water with a different chemical composition, creating the possibility of various treatments, the cure internal and external, In the southern part of the resort is Borhegyes highest peak (1379 m) of the hill where there Fejszó brook mineral water spring.
Can be accessed from the intersection of the Step Vlahita from DN 13 A, the DJ 138a to 7 km from the intersection. The road was built in 1942. Distance from Miercurea-Ciuc is 23 km, 46 km from Odorhei from Siculeni by forest road 18 km. Vatra village is the southern slope of Harghita Ciceului peak (1761 m), north of Bagolyko peak (1679 m).

GETTING TO KNOW BÊIJING
Perhaps a better indicator of the state of the economy than unverifiable figures
provided by the government, the toll on the Airport Expressway has fallen from ¥15 ($1.90)to ¥10 ($1.25)because it was too expensive (according to taxi drivers). The Fourth Ring Road is complete, and taxi drivers taking you to hotels along D∂ng Chángin Ji and Jiànguó Mén Nèi/Wài Dàji√ will now wisely take it south from the Airport Expressway.
But don’t use it to drive around the city—it runs closer in on the east and west sides than it does on the north or south. An even further-flung Fifth Ring Road is under construction. The metro system has the new light-rail Line 13, which makes a
northern arc from X∫ Zhí Mén to D∂ng Zhí Mén and provides an alternative method of reaching the Summer Palace (with a short taxi ride) and some other rural sights.
Fares have risen to ¥3 (35¢) on the original two lines, and a ticket, huànchéng piào, allowing you to start from or switch to Line 13, is ¥5 (65¢) Proper machinereadable tickets are on their way, after which it will cost ¥2 (25¢) for the first three stops on any line, and ¥1 (10¢) for every three stops after that. Vast
new rail/metro/light-rail/bus interchanges are under construction at D∂ng Zhí Mén and X∫ Zhí Mén.
On the frontiers of hygiene, the nightmarish old public toilets are closing for good, at least in downtown areas, and are to be replaced by new or portable units with flush or chemical appliances.

Competition is heating up in the five-star market with the arrival of several familiar names from the West, and more of the top-rank Asian brands. Grand Hyatt
Bêij∫ng nabbed Bêij∫ng’s best address, in the vast Oriental Plaza complex at the junction of Wángfûjîng and D∂ng Cháng’≈n Ji√. (Hyatt’s top brand, Park Hyatt, is also on the way.) The Marco Polo in X∫ D≈n is as comfortable as any other five-star, and as well-placed for public transport, shopping, and major sights. Its intimate, beautifully designed public spaces make it the nearest thing to a boutique hotel in Bêij∫ng, although it remains largely undiscovered. Renaissance Bêij∫ng, just off the northeast Third Ring Road and handy for the Airport Expressway, offers small-scale elegance. Guests flying out on Air China can use the
lobby check-in.
China World Hotel has just had a substantial top-to-bottom refurbishment. (Several Chinese-run hotels, including the KΔnlún and Prime, not included in this volume, have had such lavish revamps that they might make the next edition.) The Palace Hotel has had a major refurbishment and in September 2003 rebranded itself The Peninsula Palace Bêij∫ng, finally revealing its connections to famous properties in Hong Kong,Bangkok, New York, and elsewhere.
Converted hútòng courtyards(sìhéyuàn) are the most interesting mid-range options. The latest addition, Héjìng Fû B∫nguân, is the former residence of a Qiánlóng emperor’s daughter in D∂ng Chéng. Budget options in Bêij∫ng were once restricted to a cluster of dire hotels on the South Third Ring Road. The arrival of Youth Hostel International has changed that. Simple but clean lodgings are now ubiquitous.
The best choices are Far East Youth Hostel and F√iy∫ng B∫nguân in the south, as well as the brand-new G∂ngtî Youth Hostel in Cháoyáng. Several of the old imperial-era brothels in the hútòng south of Qián Mén have been reinvented as hotels, and you may feel more of a frisson staying herethan in the average budget digs. Shânx∫ Xiàng Dì’èr B∫nguân and Qián Mén Chángg∂ng Jiûdiàn are the best restored of these.

Cazare in Timisoara
Timisoara ca oras ofera o groaza de atractii turistice. Bastionul (care acum e in refacere), vechile cladiri ca Domul Catolic, Catedrala Mitropolitana, Opera, vechile cladiri din centru, Teatrul German, Teatrul Maghiar si chiar Sinagoga din Piata Traian. Mai sunt si altele e clar.
Dar dupa ce le vizitezi trebuie sa mai si stai pe undeva. Trebuie sa iti cauti cazare in timisoara. Sunt o groaza de hoteluri si pensiuni prin oras, unele mai mici, altele mai mari, altele de 5 stele, altele dubioase.
Cele mai "ocupate" zone din punct de vedere al hotelurilor sunt calea Lugojului, in directia Recas - Lugoj, zona Aurora si zona din spatele facultatilor.

Praid (Parajd)
Praid (Parajd) is a village in Romania in Harghita County, Transilvania, famous for his salt mine that has been exploited for a long time.
The town is located on Tarnava river on Gurghiu mountains in praid colines at 525 m altitude ( the salt massive had 580 m)
In Praid it was open an undeground salt town that had a lot of atractions for tourists. Also the saline air from the mine make it perfect for the people that have breathing problems like astma.
How do you get there ? Well, you can come from Targu Mures on Balauseri and then continue to DN13 from Balauseri - Sovata - Praid - Odorheiul Secuiesc and Miercurea Ciuc or DN13B from Gheorghieni. The village is near Sovata (8 km), another very well knows vacation location.

Turnu Magurele
Turnu Măgurele is a municipality in Teleorman County, Romania (in the informal region of Wallachia). Developed nearby the site once occupied by the medieval port of Turnu, it is situated north-east of the confluence between the Olt River and the Danube.
The name of the city means "Hill Tower" in Romanian, in reference to the defense-wall tower of a fort built on the spot by Byzantine Emperor Justinian I in 6th century (ruins of the facilities can still be seen).
The town was occupied by the Ottoman Empire in 1417, towards the end of Prince Mircea I's rule, and, like Giurgiu and Brăila, constituted a kaza on the left bank of the Danube.
A ferry plies across the Danube to the Bulgarian city of Nikopol. There are some vestiges of a Roman bridge across the Danube, built in 330 by Constantine the Great. It is build in the Danube plain in a fertile land called Burnas plain. At 4 km south-west from it the river Olt joins the Danube. Its medium altitude is 33m above sea level.

Echitatie si turism
Echitatia e un sport care se practica destul de putin in romania, cel putin la nivel de performanta. Insa pentru distractie, sportul acesta numit echitatie sau calarit, se gasesc locatii diverse prin tara. Destul de putine insa prin vest, tinand cont ca in afara de Arsenal Park si o Scoala de echitatie Covaci nu prea gasesti nimic.
Daca vrei pentru distractie, Arsenal Parkul il gasesti langa orastie, langa fosta baza militara. Intreaba oamenii de prin zona, sigur de vor ghida catre locul cel bun.
In Timisoara nu stiu sigur unde este scoala de echitatie Covaci, dar acolo nu poti merge doar pentru fun, pentru ca acolo cursurile sunt destul de scumpe pentru ca se face la cu totul si cu totul alt nivel fata de distractie.
Daca te intereseaza, doar poti sa le dai o vizita.
